2 Free Visits

Dr. Smith doesn’t accept every person he consults with as a patient, and you don’t know if his approach is right for you. To help answer these questions, we offer “2 Free Visits” as a way to find out if you are the right person for our type of care (and for you to find out if our program is right for you) at no risk.

Visit 1
On visit one, Dr. Smith will:
Review your health history
Review your symptoms – what’s bothering you and how it’s affecting you
Review your recent blood work OR recommend / order blood blood work if necessary
Perform a brief neruological screening, since blood sugar problems greatly effect the brain and nervous system

Visit 2
After reviewing the findings from visit 1, Dr. Smith will meet with you and tell you if he feels you are qualified to be accepted for care. If you are, he will:
Review his findings and give a metabolic assessment of your condition
Review your neurological findings and give an assessment of the effect your condition is having on your neuro-muscular system
Explain the options for care he feels will benefit you the most
Explain financial considerations for the treatment options (what is covered by insurance, what isn’t, etc)

At that point, Dr. Smith and you will decide together if this program is right for you, and the best way to get started.
